What base jumping equipment should you use? Well first of all I say you shouldn’t base jump at all. And if you are really looking for base jumping equipment, you need to seek out professional advice. The most common death source in first jumps is the equipment due to late deploys and bad headings.
Base jumpers started out using common sky diving equipment but that is a sub optimal choice to say the least. the deployment time is much higher than usual base jumping equipment gives you. So if you choose to base jump, you will need special base jumping equipment. You should also consult a professional and seek out the advice of your base jumping mentor or a couple of other experienced base jumpers.
